I believe in a holistic approach to life and work, which is why I wear many hats. I’m a qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, qualified Communications and Marketing professional, Writer and public speaker, specialising in health and wellness. I live by the mantra ‘be who you are’ and express this through every aspect of my life. I am what I do.
I am a free spirited, heart centred, entrepreneurial thinker on a mission to create my own lifestyle and inspire others to do the same.
As the co-founder of The Mindful Morning Collective and Ritual Retreats, collaboration is at the core of what I do. I collaborate with other heart centered businesses, to create meaningful events, workshops and content. I teach yoga, meditation and acro yoga, which is why you’ll see yogic philosophy and mindset behind my approach to life and work. I also write regularly for Body+Soul and The Urban List on all things health, yoga and creating your own lifestyle.
I’ve collaborated with a number of amazing people in the health and wellness space on everything from marketing campaigns, PR campaigns, events, activations, festivals and mindful marketing workshops. I've been featured in a number of media outlets including; Body + Soul, Yoga Journal, The Daily Mail, news.com.au, Yahoo Lifsestyle and many more.
I love to work with people who are passionate about what they are doing and believe in their why.
When I’m not working on a collaboration, teaching yoga or running a workshop, you’ll find me traveling the globe, doing acro yoga with anyone who wants to play, cooking in the kitchen or soaking up the sunshine at the closest beach.
