If It's In Your Practice is back by popular demand!

If you’re forever hearing your yoga teacher say, “if it’s in your practice come into... (insert challenging pose that you have no idea about)” and then you get about 5 seconds to explore the shape before the class moves on… this workshop is for you!

This immersive yoga experience is a deep dive into advancing your asana practice. We’ll take time to explore postures that will allow you to advance your practice in every yoga class. You'll learn how to transition in and out of postures so that they can be added into your regular vinyasa practice.

Each immersion is designed to give you the tools to know how to safely move into advanced asana, with targeted opening, strengthening and a deeper understanding of how to transition in and out safely.

This is an ongoing workshop series with the upcoming dates and offerings listed below. You have the option of purchasing each session individually or together as a pack.

SESSION 1# May 4th. Do You Even Lift?
Exploring deep hip opening and shoulder opening and stability this workshop will connect you to your centre from the feet up. Asanas on the menu: Crow with transitions + Side Crow, Bhujapidasana, Compass and astavakrasana + jump thoughts. All of which will see you lifting your butt off the ground and flying around your vinyasa transitions.

SESSION #2 June 22nd. Heart openers.
During this session we’ll work with targeted core strength, shoulder and wrist opening that will see you flipping your dog and your grip. Asanas on the menu: Full dancers pose, King Pigeon, and wheel progressions.

SESSION #3 August 17th. Turn it upside-down!
This session is designed to connect you deep into your core line and pelvis to insure a safe, stable and fluid inversion practice. Asanas on the menu: Headstands, pinchamaryasana and handstands.

SESSION #4 October 5th. Hips don’t lie, they fly!
Exploring deep hip opening and core stability we’ll explore the transitions that make your vinyasa that extra bit spicy! Asanas on the menu: koundinyasana (A+B) with transitions, full splits, flying pigeon and handstands.
