The ancient practice of yoga and meditation have been a part of my life for over 13 years. My approach is dynamic and grounded in mindful movement. My yoga classes see students moving in new ways and learning to connect and listen to their bodies, offering an experience of deep self-awareness. I teach regular workshops, classes, retreats and privates around Australia and the world.
I teach regular Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation classes as well as offering retreats, immersions and a 3-day Learn To Meditate Course.
3-Day Learn to Meditate Course:
As a certified 1 Giant Mind Being Technique teacher, I offer 3-day learn to meditate courses. During our three sessions together you will learn a valuable technique that you can use daily as a personal meditation practice. I've presented a number of keynotes and panels at wellness events on all things health, yoga, mediation and wellbeing. I'm passionate about sharing my story of creating your own lifestyle in a sustainable, healthy way as well as sharing tips and tricks around modern mindfulness. Then book in for a private yoga class. It's a great way to develop a practice that's specific to your body and it's needs. You'll receive a personalised sequence to practice and receive one-on-one adjustments. Private classes are a great way to learn how to modify poses and practice in a way that works for your body, knowledge that you can take with you into any yoga class to insure you're practicing safely and correctly.
